Gwen is the beautiful, charming, well-bred socialite wite of Ethan Winthrop and arch-nemesis of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Gwen was engaged to be married to Ethan until he cancelled the wedding to marry Theresa. Gwen and her mother, Rebecca, plotted to destroy Ethan and Theresa's relationship, but ultimately it was Theresa's lies that brought Ethan back to Gwen.
Ethan almost left Gwen for Theresa again but ended up marrying Gwen after she announced her pregnancy.
Unfortunately, Gwen lost her baby after a battle with Theresa, and has since vowed revenge.
