Alistair is the immeasurably rich, powerful, and seemingly heartless patriarch of Harmony's wealthiest family the Cranes. Alistair will stop at nothing to protect the family empire, even if it means sacrificing his daughter Sheridan.
Years ago, Alistair's wife Katherine left Harmony with Martin Fitzgerald, prompting Alistair to fake her death. Eventually, Alistair married Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald and adopted her son, Little Ethan.
Alistair then lured several Harmony residents to Rome in an attempt to steal a Holy Chalice that would give him the “power of God,” but he was thwarted and appeared to be killed in a train explosion. A year later, however, he was revealed to be alive and well.
